Plaisirs et Sérénité is a small guest house for gay men only in Cimiez, the residential hill district in the north of Nice. The hosts live on site and share the pool and garden with their guests.
There are two independent units, both renovated, air-conditioned and non-smoking, each with its own entrance and a terrace that nobody overlooks. The studio has a covered terrace opening straight onto the pool; the apartment's terrace has an open view over the city. Bed linen, towels and a welcome basket are included, and pets are not accepted.
The pool is private to the house, naturism is possible around it, and in summer the water reaches about 30 °C. One of the hosts is a certified masseur and offers massages for men as well as one-to-one massage lessons.
Old Nice, the gay quarter and the station are a 15 to 20 minute walk, the beaches about 25 minutes. A bus stops 200 m away, the tram is eight minutes on foot, and there is free parking nearby.
