La Ferme de Montreuil is a guest house in a restored seventeenth-century half-timbered farmhouse at Montreuil-l'Argillé, in the south-west of the Eure in Normandy, a little over two hours' drive from Paris. The long, low farmhouse has timber-framed walls on a brick base and looks onto a lawned courtyard garden with terraces.
There are two rooms in the main house and a small studio. La Chambre Rose, on the first floor, has exposed beams and a fireplace, sleeps two or three and uses a bathroom downstairs. La Chambre Verte, also upstairs, sleeps two and has a washbasin in the room and its own toilet. Le Mini Studio Jaune is on the ground floor in the old press house, with its own entrance, bathroom and kitchen.
Breakfast is served. Indoors there is a hot tub and an infrared sauna, a 35 m² gym, a covered table-football corner and a shelf of board games, plus a collection of more than a hundred model Renault 5s.
