Le Trash Bar is Marseille's best known gay cruising bar, on Rue du Berceau in the 5th arrondissement. It has been running since the early 2000s and is men only.
The layout is a bar at the front and a cruising space behind it. Themed nights are the point rather than an extra: underwear nights, naked nights and darkroom nights all recur, and the bar asks people not to turn up fully dressed. There are afternoon sessions as well as late ones, with an apéro and pizza on the slower ones.
Baille is the nearest metro station, and the Vinci Conception car park nearby stays open in the evening.
