Lim'Bow is the first LGBTI+ centre in Limousin, on Rue de Toulouse south of the Limoges city centre. It grew out of a collective of local associations that had been working against LGBTphobia in the city for about a decade before the centre itself opened.
It is somewhere to walk into rather than a night out. Confidential listening, support for people facing violence or rejection, accompaniment for trans people through the medical and administrative steps, help for LGBTI+ asylum seekers, sexual health information, and free legal advice sessions. It also runs workshops in schools and takes volunteers.
Lim'Bow organises the Marche des Fiertes de Limoges.
