Le Cube has stood beside Lille Flandres station since 2006, three hundred square metres over two floors, and it is two things at once: a sex shop and a cruising club.
The shop end holds several thousand DVDs along with toys and accessories, and the venue makes a point of saying it stocks for every taste and every sexuality rather than one.
Downstairs there are two cinemas and a screening room, twenty-four cabins, two darkrooms, a sling and a large number of glory holes. A cloakroom and a smoking room come with it.
The venue describes its own crowd as mostly male, with gay and straight men alongside each other and couples some of the time, and says everyone is welcome.
