Le Bon Chemin is a maison d'hôtes at 42 rue Jean Macé in Laval: a stone house with a blue door at the back of a walled garden, entered through a wrought-iron gate and thick with plants. Two hosts run it, and there are two places to stay.
The guest room, "Oui, c'est le bon chemin", is upstairs in the house, with a double bed, its own shower room and a small private sitting room with a TV. Breakfast of fresh, organic and local produce is served downstairs in the living room.
La Cabane is a 26 square metre wooden cabin raised at the bottom of the garden, with a double bed, a fold-down bed, a walk-in shower, a kitchenette and air conditioning. It has a glass-roofed terrace, a shaded patio and a private outdoor jacuzzi, where guests choose between swimwear and going naturist. A breakfast basket is brought to the door.
