Jas des Roches is a guest house on more than two hectares of countryside near Grignan in the Drôme provençale, among truffle oaks and lavender. The old stone part of the house holds the three guest rooms; the modern wing is private.
Garrigue is on the ground floor, about 25 square metres with its own entrance and a view over the garden and the truffle orchard. Olivier and Santoline are upstairs at 25 and 28 square metres, and Santoline has both a bath and a shower and a balcony over the garden. All three are air-conditioned, and there are no televisions. Breakfast is included and built on local and home-made produce.
A pergola hung with vines and string lights runs along the stone front of the house, and the 8 by 4 metre pool is salt-treated. Hot water comes from solar panels, and a charging point for electric cars went in for 2026.
