La Maison du Bonheur is a small adults-only guesthouse in the countryside outside Draguignan, in a stone house with a pool and unfenced land around it. Boar, foxes and deer come through the garden.
Three rooms are let, sleeping two or three, all air conditioned and sharing bathrooms. Breakfast is included. Guests can cook in a shared kitchen, and the host sometimes puts on a table d'hotes with local seasonal food.
The house is run alongside a wellness practice working from the same address, so massage and individual treatments can be booked, and retreats are held here. Naturism is allowed and never expected.
The house does not describe itself as a gay venue. What it says is that guests are welcome whatever their background, culture or sexual orientation, and that nobody here will be judged.
