Doudou's Room is a guest house for men in Courtenay, on the eastern edge of the Loiret where it meets the Yonne, about an hour and a half from Paris. It lets rooms in its own house and runs a men's grooming institute under the same roof. It calls itself gay friendly and naturist friendly, with nudity welcome and never required.
The main room is a dormitory under the roof with one to four beds, done out in what the house calls a bachelor-pad style: masculine decor, dressing gowns, a coffee machine, a big fridge, cards, DVDs and books. Breakfast is included.
Outside there is a terrace for eating together and a garden with a fish pond, a fountain and a vegetable patch. The institute offers massages, waxing and facials by appointment, whether or not you stay the night. The house also holds themed weekends for guests, and has stopover offers for lorry drivers and builders working nearby.
