Bears n Breakfast is a gay chambres d'hôtes aimed at bears, in the countryside outside Condom in the Gers. The owners came from the Côte d'Azur and opened the house in stages from 2023, and the bear pride flag sits in the header of its site.
There are four rooms and a suite, named after cities with a bear scene: Istanbul, Vancouver, Sitges, Reykjavik and the Puerto Vallarta suite. Each has an Italian shower and a Nespresso machine. The rooms on the first floor look over the park, the two on the second floor over the pool, the garden and the countryside towards the Pyrenees. The suite adds a bathtub, a TV lounge and a minibar.
The pool is heated, there is a naturist sun terrace in the grounds, and hot oil and Californian massages can be booked. Breakfast is a big one, there are light meals through the day and dinner at the table d'hôtes, and cocktails in the evening. A small shop sells the house's own candles and room scents.
