Maison Longuevie is a maison d'hôtes in a late 19th-century town house on Place Longueville, in the quiet Henriville quarter of Amiens. The centre is about five minutes away on foot.
There are only two rooms, both on the second floor up the old staircase, with no lift. The Jules Verne room has a large double bed, its own shower room, a desk and a private terrace; it is named after the writer, who lived in Amiens and sat on the city council. The Némo suite is much larger, with a lounge, a dining corner, a dressing area, air conditioning and a big screen with a projector.
The rooms mix striped and patterned wallpaper with antique furniture and framed prints of sea creatures. Breakfast is served in the dining room from local produce, and there is a south-facing terrace with loungers. Guests can park in the paved courtyard, and the house also offers foot reflexology. It is non-smoking and does not take pets.
