Castel Émeraude is a three-star apart-hotel in Amélie-les-Bains-Palalda, the spa town in the Vallespir valley. The studios and apartments each have a kitchenette, a private bathroom and air conditioning, and there is a staffed reception.
The restaurant, L'Émeraude, opened in spring 2026. It also does room service, and half board and full board are on offer. Breakfast is a buffet built around local produce.
Outside there is a terrace by the river, a solarium with loungers, a small park, a pétanque court, table tennis and badminton, plus a guest laundry. The hotel puts together stays for guests taking the thermal cure in town, and the Abbaye Sainte-Marie in Arles-sur-Tech is a few minutes away by car.
