Room Bulevard, usually written Room BLVD, is a gay bar on Bulevardi that opened in autumn 2016. It is the quiet end of Helsinki's queer nightlife: pale Nordic fittings, a long wine and champagne list, and no dance floor at all.
That makes it a bar for talking. It fills up after work and on dates rather than late at night, and the crowd stays seated. A courtyard opens in summer.
It sits a few minutes from the Punavuori bars, so it works as a first stop before the clubs rather than as the last one.
