MEN's Bar is the men-only bar in Copenhagen, a small dark room on Teglgårdstræde in the Pisserenden quarter, two minutes from the Town Hall Square. Women are not admitted, which makes it the strictest door in the city's gay scene and the reason the bar exists.
The decor is simple and black. Leather, bears and older men make up most of the room, and a lot of the crowd are regulars, but there is no enforced dress code and jeans are as common as leather. It has been in this room since 1990, on an address that has carried a gay bar since the eighties.
A free brunch runs once a month.
