X Bar is a gay strip bar on Pod Plynojemem in Libeň, out beyond the usual Vinohrady circuit. Pole dancing runs through the night and the dancers work the room between sets.
The bar calls itself a queer escape from reality and is straight-friendly rather than men-only. Drinks are mixed at the bar and shows run across the evening. The crowd skews young.
It is the only venue of its kind on the Prague gay scene, so it draws people who have made the trip out specifically. Reservations are taken by phone.
