Café Bar Flirt takes up two levels of a historic vaulted cellar on Martinská in the Old Town, a few minutes from both Můstek and Národní třída. Upstairs is a café, downstairs a music bar with a dance floor.

The daytime side serves breakfast, toasts, soups, homemade snacks, coffee and tea. In the evening the lower level takes over, with DJs at the weekend and space for private parties and company events.

The bar states that it welcomes everyone regardless of gender, orientation, age or nationality. In practice it is one of the few gay places in Prague 1 rather than out in Vinohrady, and the crowd is a mix of Czech regulars and visitors.
