Oasis is a men-only gay sauna at the edge of the centre, north-east of the old town and within walking distance of the Botanique and Madou metro stations. It is a short ride from the bars on Rue du Marché au Charbon rather than among them.
It is smaller and calmer than the sauna in the gay quarter, and the crowd is mainly mature men and bears. Sauna, steam, showers and cabins cover the usual ground, and the quieter setting is the reason most regulars pick it over the alternative.
