Macho Sauna has been on the Brussels gay street since the early 1980s and is the largest gay sauna in the city, spread over several floors and around 1,400 square metres.

There is a Finnish sauna, a steam room, a large jacuzzi, a gym, a labyrinth, a video room, a solarium and two dozen private cabins, with a roof terrace and a bar. Cruising areas run through the building. It is fullest on Sundays and after the big city parties, and the crowd runs from the twenties upwards, locals and visitors together. The sauna runs a membership scheme alongside ordinary entry, and there is an adult shop on the premises.
